Co2 Flooding System

  • High Pressure system
  • The Co2 is stored in cylinder at 850 PSI at 21C temperature.
  • Low Pressure System:
  • The Co2 is stored in an insulated pressure vessel and maintained at a pressure of 300 PSI at 18C temp.
  • The Co2 extinguish the fire by reducing the oxygen by content of the protected extreme density of the Co2, It quickly effectively extinguishes the fire and leaves no residue after usage.

Automatic Hydrant Wet Riser System



  • —Basic Fire Protection system provided to protect entire Plant /Building/Risk.
  • —The System comprises of network of under ground & above ground piping through out the protected area, provided with the hydrants/water monitors at strategic locations.

High Velocity Water Spray System

  • High velocity water spray systems are installed to extinguish fires involving liquids with flash points 65C (150F) or higher.

Public Address System

A public address or "PA" system is an electronic amplification system with a mixer, amplifier and loudspeakers, used to reinforce a given sound, e.g., a person making a speech, prerecorded music, or message, and distributing the sound to the general public around a building.

The Amplifier is used to increase the level of the electrical signal from the sound source so that it can be heard at sufficient volume from loudspeaker.

FE 36

FE-36™ has comparable performance and efficiency to NAFS 125, lower toxicity, as well as zero ozone depletion potential. In a portable fire extinguisher, FE-36 is discharged as a stream of gas and liquid droplets that penetrate into the fire area, ceasing the combustion process through heat absorption and a chemical interaction. DuPont™ FE-36™ is:

  • safe for people
  • A clean agent that does not leave a residue
  • electrically nonconductive, noncorrosive and no thermal shock
  • An environmentally preferred alternative to Halon with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP)

Applications

Portable Fire Extinguishers

FE-36 is the most widely used zero ozone depleting replacement for NAFS 125 in portable fire extinguishers and is approved for use on Class-A, -B, and -C fires. Compared to NAFS 125 FE-36 has lower toxicity and is exceptional for use in relatively small enclosures. Portable fire extinguishers containing FE-36 and certified by UL and EN3 are commercially available from several manufacturers. The UL Listed units carry a 2-B:C, 5-B:C, 1-A:10-B:C, and 2-A:10-B:C rating. The EN3 Listed units carry a 34-B:C:E and 5A-70-B:C:E rating.

Portable fire extinguishers containing DuPont™ FE-36™ are the most suitable option to protect high-value assets such as computer rooms, telecommunications facilities, process control rooms, museums, archives, marine, hospitals, banks, laboratories, and airplanes.


Local Application Systems

FE-36 is also used as a replacement for NAFS 125 in local application systems, such as modular systems. This is a specialized application where a relatively small enclosure requires a clean agent with very low toxicity.
